• AV Rating.
• A practice primarily devoted to Corporate Representation.
• 5 years or more in operation.
• At least 5 full time attorneys
• Certification as minority-owned business by a recognized entity such as the National Minority Suppliers Development Council or any of its regional councils.
• References from existing clients or members of the judiciary.
• Acceptable technological platform/infrastructure.
